DANCE COMPETITION RULES

All dancers must abide by the following rules:
1.Point System is in effect as of the 1st Grand Entry on Saturday.
2.Must be in full regalia during Grand Entry, contest and exhibition.
3.Must display good sportsmanship throughout the weekend.
4.Can only register in one (1) category.
5.Must be appropriately dressed for category he/she is dancing in.
6.Must contest in perspective age category.
7.It is the dancers responsibility (if related to a judge) to ask judge to
disqualify themselves.
8.All contestants will pay a $5 entrance fee.
9.Contest winners may be asked to show proof of Tribal affiliation at
the award ceremony.
10.By participating, the Dancers grant the Committee permission to
use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without
additional compensation.

All dancers will be judged on the following:
1.Spot checks will be made during intertribals.
2.Loss of any articles other than fluff of hackle means disqualification
in that session.
3.Over stepping or under stepping means disqualification in that
session.
4.Less than 5 dancers, categories will be combined at the discretion
of the committee.
